Kesha Martin, Executive Director Of Venus Springs-Online Therapy Provider

Kesha Martin, M.A. Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider

My Philosophy

In today's world, it can be difficult to schedule appointments and manage to see a therapist near you. Now, with improvements in technology, you never have to leave your home for a session. While our office is based in San Antonio, I offer my services as an online counselor all over Texas. Your mental health is important to me and now with online therapy, it is more convenient than ever.

I have an eclectic yet practical psychodynamic approach to therapy. I combine person centered and cognitive behavior therapy strategies with mindfulness training and psycho-educational intervention. The specific way in which we work will be determined by your unique challenges. I believe it all begins with radical acceptance.

I believe that all people have the potential to shine and be lifted out of some of the darkest places, from grief, to depression, to post-traumatic stress; there is a hope and a way. We can become swallowed by fear and crippled by the past and feel powerless in the present. With me you'll have the freedom to address your current struggles and long standing patterns of unhealthy thinking and behavior that steal your peace in a safe non-judgmental and supportive environment.
